Every part of your life brought you here

Something led you to this page. Maybe it's a question that won't leave you alone. Maybe it's a transition you didn't expect. Maybe it's the feeling that the life you've built doesn't quite match the life you want to live now.

Most coaches come from one world. I come from three.

Twenty years in corporate technology. Nearly seven years studying philosophy, theology, and world religions — and putting it into practice through acts of service in the United States and abroad. Twelve-plus years as a licensed psychotherapist. And now — coaching that draws on all of it.

It's an unusual path, and it's the reason this work goes deeper than most.

Who This Work Is For

Leaders carrying the weight of an organization — and quietly wondering what it's all for and what may be next.

Those in the public eye looking for a space where performance isn't required — and it's OK to be human.

Anyone — 24 or 64, just getting started or re-starting, looking for choices that feel like their own. Seeking greater authenticity and connection.

The people I work with aren't broken. They're paying attention. They're high-performing, thoughtful, and ready for the kind of conversation that goes deeper than surface-level goals.

The work begins with a conversation

Not a program. Not a formula. Not a checklist.

I start by listening — to how you think, what you're carrying, and what keeps returning. From there, the real shape of the work begins to emerge, whether it leads into reinvention, a life transition, or deeper questions of meaning and purpose.

Reflections from those I've worked with

"You believed in me when I didn't believe in myself. You helped me so much when I was feeling totally hopeless."

— Diane

"Humble, courteous, and concerned about what was going on in my life. Also challenged me to grow and think outside of the box."

— Anthony

It starts with a conversation. We talk about what's on your mind, I share how I work, and we both get a sense of whether it makes sense to go further.
