Every part of your life brought you here

Something led you to this page. Maybe you can name it. Maybe you can't yet. Either way, you're here — and that matters.

"This isn't a menu. It's a conversation."

I don't start with a program or a checklist. I start by getting to know you — how you think, what you carry, what keeps coming back around. Over time, the real picture comes into focus, and that's where the work takes shape.

Coaching, the way I practice it, is about meaning-making and alignment. Helping you find clarity about who you are, what matters, and how you want to live with greater purpose and intention.

Not according to someone else's model. According to yours.

Technology Philosophy Clinical Coaching

My path to this work wasn't linear — and I think that's one of my strengths. I spent 20 years in tech, including time at IBM, learning to build frameworks for complex problems and translate between people who saw the world differently. Then a decade studying philosophy, theology, and world religions — because the questions about meaning, service, and purpose were the ones I couldn't put down.

That search eventually led me to becoming a psychotherapist. I spent four years at Silver Hill Hospital in New Canaan — a world-renowned psychiatric facility — working with executives, public figures, professional athletes, healthcare workers, and families in crisis. I trained in approaches that most coaches don't have access to, and I earned certification in psychedelic integration — a practice I've come to understand as a powerful tool for healing, growth, and clarity when guided with the right care and discernment.

Life rarely follows a straight line. I've sat in corporate boardrooms and in Ukraine training healthcare workers in trauma treatment during a war. Everything I've done — technology, philosophy, clinical work, meaning-making — has culminated into this practice.

I don't coach from theory. I coach from lived experience, clinical depth, and a genuine belief that everyone has the capacity to figure out what matters and live accordingly.

Does any of this sound familiar?

You hit the milestone you'd been working toward for years — and instead of relief, there's a question you weren't expecting.

You built the career, earned the title, and carry the weight of an entire team — but when the office door closes, you're not sure who you are without the role.

Your kid just left for college, and the house is quiet in a way that makes you wonder what the next chapter is actually for.

You're 24 and the path everyone mapped out for you doesn't fit. You know you're capable. You just want your choices to feel like yours.

You've been through something that rearranged everything — a health scare, a divorce, a loss — and the life you had before doesn't quite work anymore.

You're successful by every measure anyone can see, and you're still thinking about meaning more than you used to. Not in crisis. Just paying attention.

Something in you knows there's more to this — more alignment, more purpose, more of a life that actually feels like yours. And you're ready to find out what that looks like.

These are the kinds of conversations I have every day.

If any of this sounds familiar, that's enough to begin. You don't need to have it all figured out before we talk.

Three Starting Points

Not everyone needs to name what brought them here. But if a clearer starting point helps, these are the most common ways the work begins.

Leadership, Work & Reinvention

Leadership, Work & Reinvention

Something about how you're showing up — at work, in your family, in your own life — is ready to change. You might be leading people through something you haven't figured out yourself, or realizing that the path you've been on no longer reflects who you're becoming. This is about finding the clarity to lead from a more honest place — and the courage to reinvent what isn't working.

Life Transitions & Identity

Life Transitions & Identity

The ground shifted — or maybe it's been shifting slowly for a while. Either way, who you were before doesn't quite fit who you are now. This work is about navigating that space between what was and what's next, and building a sense of self that holds up no matter what changes around you.

Mentorship & Meaning-Making

Mentorship & Meaning-Making

You're looking for someone to think with — not someone to hand you a plan. The questions you're carrying about purpose, service, and what your life is actually for deserve more than quick answers. This is the space where those conversations happen, whenever they find you.

Beyond Coaching: Specialized Paths

Some of the work I do lives outside the traditional coaching frame.

Psychedelic integration

Psychedelic Integration

If you've had a psychedelic experience — or you're considering one — and you want to make sense of what came up, I offer dedicated integration work grounded in clinical training, spiritual depth, and a belief that these experiences deserve the same care and discernment as any other turning point in your life.

Retreats

Retreats

Sometimes the work needs more space than a weekly session allows. Retreats are immersive experiences designed for deeper exploration — a chance to step out of your routine long enough to hear what's been running in the background.
