Coaching conversations are private, and I take your confidentiality seriously. I do not record sessions without your consent and I do not share what you tell me with others, except in limited situations that we discuss before we begin working together.
Those limits include situations where there is a serious and imminent risk of harm to you or someone else, suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable adult, or where I am required by law or court order to disclose information. These boundaries reflect both professional ethics and my responsibility as a licensed clinician.
The full terms of confidentiality — including how information is handled, stored, and protected — are outlined in the coaching agreement you sign before we begin. If you have questions about confidentiality, raise them before signing.
Coaching is not psychotherapy and is not governed by HIPAA. Confidentiality in coaching is contractual, not statutory — it is defined by our coaching agreement and by applicable law, not by healthcare privacy regulations.
This website collects information you voluntarily provide — such as your name, email, and phone number when you submit a contact form or schedule a discovery call. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. No personally identifiable information is shared with advertisers or collected for marketing purposes.
