If you're considering working together, this page covers the practical side — how the process begins, what sessions look like, and what to expect along the way.
Everything starts with a brief conversation — usually 15-20 minutes. We talk about what's bringing you to coaching, I share a bit about how I work, and we both get a sense of whether it's a good fit. There's no pressure and no obligation.
You can schedule a call directly from this site, or reach out by email or phone if you prefer.
Sessions are one-on-one, 60-90 minutes, in person or via secure video. I work with clients worldwide.
There's no set program. Some people come weekly for a few months during a transition. Others meet every other week for ongoing support. Some do intensive work and check in as needed. We figure out what fits your life and what serves the work.
If you prefer the structure of a package, that's available too.
Pricing depends on how we work together — single sessions, packages, or ongoing support. I'm happy to discuss this on a discovery call so we can figure out what makes sense for your situation.

The depth of conversation can feel similar — my clinical background informs how I listen and what I notice. But the two are distinct practices with different purposes. If you're unsure which is the right fit, we can talk about that on a discovery call.
If any of this resonates, the next step is a discovery call. We'll talk about what's bringing you here and whether working together makes sense.
